Over the last 30 plus years, Dr. & Mrs. Lapid have been joined by a number of family members and their employees, who have become members of their extended family. All have taken up their cause of providing Excellence in Care.

Our talented professionals have the experience and the expertise to respond to the challenges confronting our resident's, with each staff member bringing their personal knowledge, wisdom, and focus as well as their compassion and interest.

One simple goal is to transfer the caregiver role to our staff so family and friends can return to their primary role as spouse, as child, as grandchild, or as friend so that your time can be better spent advocating for your loved one, spending time reminiscing on events shared, or creating new memories.
