PD Nurse - either RN or LPN
- Primary Task: Provide hands-on care to our residents; administer medications; provide treatments; observing and monitoring residents' conditions; maintain records; documentation; communicate with resident, doctors and responsible parties; etc.
- Shift: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm; 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm; and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
WEEKEND Nursing Assistants - certification required
- Primary Task: Assist with our residents activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, walking, eating, etc.
- Shift: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm; 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm; and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
